Warranty

We believe in our professional services, so we warrant all our masonry tinting and assure our customers that the job will remain fresh and last long under the normal weather conditions. Our warrant stands at 20 years from the moment we finish the job. If the tinted masonry work does not retain its color when
compared to adjacent work, we will make sure we provide corrective services to bring back the color to what it was. This warranty only covers such restoration. In cases where the masonry has been treated with acid-based treatments or silicone, the warranty will be void. This also includes accelerators and waterproofing agents added while mixing the mortar. The warranty is also void in cases where the substrate on which the tint was applied to fails due to other reasons.
